Ingredients:
  1. Oil
  2. Egg - 4
  3. Onion - 3
  4. tomato - small -1 , if big 1/2 
  5. ginger - 1/2 inch 
  6. garlic - 1-2 cloves
  7. green chilli - 1
  8. curry leaf 
  9. turmeric powder - 1/4 t spoon
  10. chilli powder to taste
  11. egg masala - 3 table spoons (to taste)
  12. salt to taste
Preparation
  1. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the eggs , make 4 slits across the eggs and keep aside. 
  2. Fry ginger, garlic and green chilli
  3. add onion and salt and increase the flame and saute until the colour changes to brown
  4. add turmeric powder, chilli powder and tomato, saute until oil oozes out of onion
  5. add 2 table spoon of water and let it boil
  6. gently add the eggs and cover it with masala and let it cook for 2 mins
  7. remove from flame and serve hot with rice or chapathi.- guaranteed to taste great!!!!





Stuffing
Ingredients
  • potato - 3 - boiled in water
  • oil
  • mustard
  • ginger paste
  • curry leaf
  • turmeric powder
  • coriander powder
  • green peas
  • green chilli
  • chilli powder
  • salt
Preparation.
  1. Add oil and sputter mustard seeds
  2. add green chilli, ginger paste, curry leaf, turmeric powder,coriander powder and saute well
  3. mix green peas and mashed potato.
  4. add chilli powder and salt to taste and mix it well and keep aside.
Tomato chutney
Ingredients
  1. asafoetida
  2. dried red chilli 2
  3. coriander powder
  4. jeera
  5. tomato -5
  6. salt
preparation
  1. heat oil in a pan
  2. Add jeera, asefoiteda,big chilli, coriander powder and saute well.
  3. Add tomato and mix well until tomato is cooked well
  4. Keep aside, once cooled properly grind it to form a chutney.
Coriander Chutney

  1. Coriander
  2. chlli
  3. ginger
  4. hing
  5. cumin seed
  6. sugar
  7. salt 
  8. lemon juice
  9. water

How to prepare the batter:
Ingredients
1. salt
2. ginger garlic paste
3. garam masala
4. curry leaf and coriander leaf cut into small pieces
5. chilli powder
6. Maida 6 spoons 
7. Rice/corn powder 4 spoons
8. pepper powder
9. water

Preparation
1. separate cauli flower into small pieces and wash it in boiled water adding turmeric and salt.
2. mix ingredients 1-9 in a bowl and mix it with the cauliflower
3. deep fry it in oil adding curry leaf and green chilli.
