- Rice - Basmati 3 cup
- Pepper powder
- vinegar
- soya sauce

- Wash Basmati rice well and soak in water for 30 minutes
- Boil half a vessel water adding 2 t spoon olive oil and salt
- Add the basmati rice to the boiling water and stir well
- cook it until the rice is cooked just nice for fried rice
- cut ingredients 1 to 7 to thin slices
- boil oil in a pan and add ingredients from 1 to 7 in the same order and add salt to taste
- mix cooked rice to the above and mix well
- add pepper powder, soya sauce vinegar and salt to taste
- mix well
- serve hot with Gobi Manchurian and raita
Cut paneer into small 1cm cubes, fry well and mix it with the above before serving.
Deep fry small onion and sprinkle it on top of fried rice or keep it on the side while serving


Ingredients:
Raw sugar : 1 cup
eggs - 3
vanilla - 1 tsp
baking powder - 1 tsp
butter - 3/4 cup
cake flour - 1 cup
chocolate - half of an 8 piece Hershley's baking chocolate
Method of preparation
Preheat the oven,
Break the eggs, beat it and add vanilla essence to it.
Add sugar and butter and beat the mix very well.
Add cake flour to this and mix well.
Add chocolate to this mix and mix well again.
Grease baking tray with butter and powder with the cake flour mildly. pour the mix inside and bake it for 30 minutes.
Yummy chocolate cake is ready. :-) I used raw sugar for baking, if you like sweet cake, you could add more sugar/white sugar.
Ingredients:
1. Cake flour - 180gm
Baking powder - 1/2 t spoon
2. Butter - 120 gm for cake (melted)
and 10 gm for brushing the cup cake moulds (I used reusable silicon moulds)
Olive oil - four t spoon
Sugar - 240 gm (grinded)
3. eggs - 4
4. vanilla essence - 1 t spoon
Preparation
1. Mix cake flour and baking powder well
2. pour olive oil to a bowl and add sugar and butter and mix very well
3. Add eggs one by one and continue mixing
4. add cake flour and baking powder mix to the above and mix well
5. add vanilla essence and pour into cake moulds
6. Preheat owen and bake in 50p power for 2 minutes
7. change to conventional mode and bake for 8 minutes.
8. Decorate the cupcake and serve :-)
The above cup cake is a very yummy cup cake which my family, especially kids loved a lot.
