Ingredients:
- Oil
 - Egg - 4
 - Onion - 3
 - tomato - small -1 , if big 1/2
 - ginger - 1/2 inch
 - garlic - 1-2 cloves
 - green chilli - 1
 - curry leaf
 - turmeric powder - 1/4 t spoon
 - chilli powder to taste
 - egg masala - 3 table spoons (to taste)
 - salt to taste
 
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the eggs , make 4 slits across the eggs and keep aside.
 - Fry ginger, garlic and green chilli
 - add onion and salt and increase the flame and saute until the colour changes to brown
 - add turmeric powder, chilli powder and tomato, saute until oil oozes out of onion
 - add 2 table spoon of water and let it boil
 - gently add the eggs and cover it with masala and let it cook for 2 mins
 - remove from flame and serve hot with rice or chapathi.- guaranteed to taste great!!!!
